FASTLOOK Event Tracking
FASTLOOK Event Tracking tracks and records students at school events. Events are defined by the user on the PC Database. Student Names and IDs are seamlessly pulled in from your Student Management System (SMS). Once the events are created, rosters can be made on the PC and downloaded to the Palm Pilot for tracking purposes. Students can be added to a roster on the Palm Pilot as needed. Once the Event is selected on the Palm Pilot, Student ID's are scanned/entered and a date time stamp is recorded. Upload this event information to the PC Database for reporting and exporting to spreadsheets. Get an accurate recording of who attended each event along with which students showed up but were not on the roster!
